Utah vs Air Force

I had the opportunity to attend my first game at the Air Force Academy, I was invited by the Johnsen's and we had a blast. I was very pleased with the entire game, the show provided by the academy, the company, the food and the talk and the game ended in a good note, the Utes won 28-23. I also had a very pleasant and happy surprise, I ran into Elder's Heaps Mom and sister, as soon as I got to the academy because I know almost the entire family (except Brady for sure) are big Utes fans, I thought of sending them a picture by text but, I never imagined I was going to see them, we talked for a while and I just hope Elder Heaps (Brady) would have been at the game, that would have been even better. Thanks a lot to The Johnsen family for taking me along, it was an awesome experience, I would totally do it again..

Ladies Night Out!!

I had a great evening with my dear friends Danni & Carol, for our ladies night out, we went to the Temple to do initiatories (which was a very special thing to do and I felt the spirit really strong, this was my third time doing initiatories - after my own, I have been back twice, I'm definitively looking forward to go more often, it is just wonderful all the promises that you receive). Afterwards, we had dinner at Chili's, we had a blast, we talked about every topic for the longest time and totally enjoyed spending time together. Thanks so much for this wonderful experience.
Love you girls!!
P.S. We have to do it again :)

Sunday Best

We got Braiden some new outfits for church, it is amazing how fast kids grow. I totally love how he looks like a big boy with these kind of outfits.

He decided that I needed to take a
picture of him sitting down.
Thanks for that beautiful smile baby!!

It is a lot easier to take pictures of Braiden now,
whenever he seems me with the phone,
he stands still and waits for the picture,
not only that, he has to approve it,
right after I take the picture he comes and checks them out..

Legend Football

Today after work we went to Legend High School to cheer and support Taylor. Even though his team lost, it was a great experience, it was so nice to spend some time with the Johnsen's. I was amazed how well Braiden did during the entire game, day after day he is getting ready to do more stuff so it is fun and exciting to us, we can do a whole lot more stuff with him.

Team Work!!

After work Julio said that it was time to pick up the leaves so, we decided to have a family activity and do the clean up as a team. Braiden had a great time, helping Daddy and Mommy. He really enjoys using tools, he loves to feel helpful and wants to be involved in all the chores. Lets hope that once he is old enough to do chores by him self he is as excited as he is now.

Halloween with Horses

I had been waiting for this day for a while, I had never heard of Halloween with Horses before but, ever since Jill told me about it I was really excited, I couldn't wait to go to this cool event. Well, today was the day but, even though my plans changed, I still managed to go. I was originally very excited about going as a family, however, Julio had to work today so, I had to take Braiden by my self, I ended up getting there really late (around 3pm - more than enough time for Braiden to have fun) but I felt like we missed a lot of fun activities. After all, I can say that it was a success, we went trick-or-treating at the barns, we went to the Pumpkin Patch (of course), Braiden had a blast taking his time to find the perfect pumpkin (they were giving away 1 free small pumpkin for kids 12 and under), we went to the obstacle course where Braiden really like going through the black tunnel, we then went to the Petting Zoo (I was wondering if Braiden would be interested but he actually really liked it, we spent a while there),next we went for a Pony Ride (of course I had to walk around next to Braiden and when the ride was half way through, the Pony had a breakdown so, I immediately had to grab Braiden, then we tried it again and Braiden wanted to cry), and finally we stopped at the Face Painting station, they were asking kids what they wanted, Braiden wasn't able to request anything and I had no idea so, since I knew he wouldn't stand still a long time, I said something quick and small so, they painted a bumble bee. We left around 5:30 because I could see Braiden was ready to go, it was a good experience and Braiden did very well. We might have to plan to go again next year along with daddy.

Ready to go after all the fun

This was a funny moment, Braiden knows mommy

there so mommy could take a beautiful picture..

I could take my time to take a cute picture)
