The most beautiful prayer!!

Every night when we are kneeling down to do our family prayer Julio & I take turns, Braiden will tell us that he wants to go first so, we will tell him what he needs to repeat but tonight, it was such an amazing moment when he started to pray by him self. It was such a short, sweet and special prayer, this is all he said:

"Heavenly father, bless us to be an eternal family and to be able to go with Moroni"

As Braiden was praying, I was in tears because it was his first prayer ever and the importance of what he has said. It is amazing to me how they start to learn what's important since they are little. I'm so happy and proud that he recognizes the importance of eternal families and the Temple. He is always so excited to see the big Moroni on top of the temple.

Great job Braiden, mommy is so proud of you!!

Mother's Day

Mother's day in Mexico is always the 10th of May regardless of the what day of the week it is so, Julio took me and my sister in-law to dinner in celebration of this special occasion.

So on Sunday, we didn't do much, we went to church then we got home and took some pictures with the boys first matchie match outfit and we wore some green to go along with their clothing. Julio was making fun of me for wearing green, he said that Saint Patrick's had been two months ago.

Mother's day was a special day for me as this year I was the mother of our two beautiful boys!!
