PetSmart

Today after work my babies (Julio, Braiden & Curly) went to pick me up, on our way back home, we stopped by PetSmart really quick to buy a new collar for Curly (the previous one disappeared, not sure but I have a feeling that Braiden threw it away since he gets all excited when he helps throwing stuff away, he gets really happy that he is contributing with the house chores). This quick stop ended up being a fun mini field trip. We decided that we would let Braiden walk around since we always keep him in the shopping cart and he ends up being cranky. He had a great time checking everything out, I believe from now on we will have to treat him as a "big boy".

On our way to the cashier register,
Braiden had to stop by to see some other animals
(rats, I believe)
Curly doesn't let us put him on the scale but,
Braiden sure got on it by him self, 29.9lbs
(we'll see how accurate it was when we go
to his 18 months appt coming up)
Looking at the cats they have there for adoption...

Wow, that sure was a big cat!!

These are way cooler (very colorful)

Uh, lots of toys..

Taking a break :)

I'm coming mommy..

Which one should we get for Curly, though choice,
too many to choose from..

Show me the way daddy!!

Which direction should we go daddy, left or right??

Look, that's interesting..
It was awesome to see how much Braiden enjoyed our mini field trip, what we thought it would be a quick visit ended up being a fun family excursion. I'm grateful for special simple things and moments like this, I love spending time with my eternal family!!

Getting ready for the football season..

My sister in-law and her family went to Green Bay, WI for their summer trip, they were there few days and the highlight of their trip was to attend a pre-season game, Packer Vs Browns (too bad our Packers lost, good thing is that it was only a pre-season game). Since both of our families are Packers fans, they came back with lots of things for them and four us, these are some of the treats we got from their trip.

Thanks to auntie Reyna, uncle Mario and cousin Andrea,
we can't wait to wear our Packers gear..

Running Shoes!!

On Tuesday morning I was at work and the highlight of my day was to receive an email with this video. Sister Leon told me that they bought Braiden this cute sandals and the minute Braiden had them on, he wanted to go outside to explore, once outside he started running accompanied by his magic stick, he made sure to make a stop to say hi to the camera.. Sweet and special things like this make my day much better..

Visiting nursery..

Braiden is only a month away from officially being able to attend nursery so, I decided that it would be a great idea to start "visiting" for the next month so he can start getting use to it and when is time for him to be there he can be there with without a problem. He did a good job and I know it will continue to get better. Braiden is not use to being around kids his age but I'm confident after these next few visits, he will be ready to join nursery, yay!!
Not a very good picture but,
my point is he was still sitting down,
good job Braiden..
Braiden's future best friend (they are only 11 days apart from each other)

Snack time!!

This is fun and yummy...

Sleeping Beauty!!

Today Braiden turned 17 months old so, I wanted a cute picture, video, word or something to remember this day and this video is the perfect memory, I will never forget it. I was at work and Braiden's second mom (Sis. Leon) sent it to me, I watched on my phone and I was laughing so hard and loud (even some tears came out) that I had to show it to my teammates and everybody was laughing. Braiden had never done this before, either is hard to be 17 months old or he was just exhausted that nothing would keep him awake.
