Our little pianist

I went to pick up Braiden and I was surprised he didn't greet me at the door, I figured he was too busy to run to the door, well, this is what he was doing.

I cannot wait until he is old enough to take piano lessons, I would love for him to have a talent to play the piano!!

Never too soon to start??

Parker's Kid's Maze

After work we went to the Kid's Maze, we figured it would be a fun thing to do with Braiden. At the beginning he wasn't quite sure what to do but it once daddy show him the way he had fun playing around the maze. After we were there for a while we walked around Mainstreet to take a look at all the Halloween decorations and of course, I wanted to take lots of pictures.

A fun Wednesday

Today was my flex day (I was off for working this past Saturday) so, I got to do several things that I normally don't do during the day.

My day went something like this, first, I volunteered to help in Nursery for Continuing Education, when Braiden and I got to Church, only Sister Norris was there with very few kids (actually, her own two - Christy & James) and two other ones (a little boy by the name of Gavin and this other girl that was in Nursery in and out). Sister Norris and I had a good time chatting while the few kids we had enjoyed them selves playing.

I felt so good to have an opportunity for service.

After church, I met Danni for lunch at Chick-fil-A, we had lunch with Braiden, Spencer, Elle and Lily (Elle's neighbor). We had a great conversation over lunch and the kids enjoying playing in the playland. Braiden was so excited to spend some time with Pencey..

It was a great lunch with amazing company!!

Then we went home and took Daddy and Curly with us to the Park. We went to the one by the old stake center, Bayou Gulch, even though is farther than O'Brien we love going to that park because is never busy and literally Braiden can have the park to him self. Another advantage is that Curly can be running around without his leash so, they both get a lot of freedom.

I had a wonderful day off, I really enjoyed being able to do so many things I don't normally do during my regular work hours :)

Which one is next?

Love playing with the sand

Wow, great job Braiden!!

This is really fun..

SDSU vs Air Force

We went to the game as a family, it was actually my first SDSU game, I never attended one when I was going to college. Obviously I was cheering for the Aztecs!

We didn't stay until the end of the game as it was a week day and the game was going to end late so, we left at the beginning of the 3rd quarter to be able to bit traffic and get home not as late to be able to get up very early the next day.

It was great to see the final score 41-27.

Go Aztecs!!

Yes, a little bit of snow

I heard that it was going to rain but, we woke up to snow (the first of the season) so, it made a nice stay at home day.

We had such a relaxing Saturday enjoying our home and our family. We watched movies, played with Braiden and Curly, in summary we just hang out around the house.

Blue hair

It was time for a hair cut again (it had been about 2 and a half months since Braiden's last hair cut) and good thing we have figured out the secret for Braiden to do really well, both daddy and him have to sit next to each other. He did wonderful, he was so excited with his Woody (Toy Story) cape and towards the end he was having a good conversation with the hair stylist, he was telling her his name, counting the numbers and the colors, the last color that he mentioned was blue and next thing I knew his hair was blue, she had sprayed his hair with some blue spray. I thought it was really creative and appreciated the fact that she wanted to make it a pleasant experience for Braiden.

Blue is not our favorite color but, after all it matched his shirt....

Mama Alvino's

We were all hungry so, after the hair cuts, we decided to meet at Mama Alvino's for dinner. We love going to that pizzeria, they have delicious pizza & calzones that is worth the drive to Aurora.

Braiden was happy to have dinner out with the family, he was excited that Gaby and Yesi were there. We had a really good family time and enjoyed delicious dinner!!

Braiden ate everything, good job Braiden :)
